What is the monthly schedule?

January - Memphis Pork Ribs

February - California Tri-tip

March - Georgia Pork Butt

Please note we reserve the right to alter the order if there are issues with availability.  We will do our best to notify you in advance of any changes.


When do we ship?

We'll typically ship subscription boxes between the 5th-7th of every month. Order by the last day of the calendar month to get the next month's box.  For example if you order a box in March your first box will ship April 5th-7th.  Boxes should arrive 5-7 business days after shipping via USPS.


Can I make substitutions?

Typically no.  However we recognize that some individuals suffer from seafood allergies and therefore we can make a change to the NOLA Shrimp upon request.  If you have any other concerns or questions about the rubs or recipes please reach out to us.


What is your Holiday shipping schedule?

For Christmas, order by November 30th and your first subscription box will ship December 4th-7th.  Ordering in December will mean the first subscription box will not ship until Jan 4th-7th.


For Mother's Day, May boxes will ship May 4th-7th and therefore may not arrive until after Mother's Day.  If you order by end of March then the April box would arrive by mid-April.  


For Father's Day, order by May 31 and your first box will ship June 4th-7th.  Ordering in June will mean the first subscription box will not ship until July 5th-7th.


Typical transit times are 5-7 business days via USPS.   Holiday shipping traffic and inclement weather may impact transit times.


Can we send wood pellets instead of chips?

Yes!  For the boxes that we include wood in (not all) we can send pellets instead of wood chips upon request.  Please email jay.vinson@mybbqbox.com with your subscription info and we will update your box.
